Eligibility

Offer valid for new customers only. New customers must establish new satellite service with AT200 or higher programming package, DVR Service, Credit Card Autopay and retailer $49.99 processing fee. Valid E-mail address required at time of purchase. Eligibility must be maintained for 12 months.

Redemption Process

Upon qualifying for promotion, new customers must provide valid e-mail address at time of purchase. Certificate and redemption form will be e-mailed to e-mail address provided by gift fulfillment center, Mpell Solutions within 7 days of purchase. Redemption form must be mailed to Mpell with copy of first bill within 60 days of receiving certificate. Customers must include the following:

• Signed Certificate/Redemption form
• Shipping Address
• Proof of purchase (copy of 1st month bill)
• Proof of payment of 1st bill
• Cashier's Check in the amount of $2.95 for shipping & handling
